About Me

I am a seasoned Chef with a dedication that began in the mixing bowls of Sally Ann’s Bakery in Massachusetts. It led to a business degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management and French Culinary School in California.  Since then I’ve enjoyed rolling up my sleeves in every role from Private Chef, Kitchen Manager and Event Supervisor, to Culinary Instructor and Volunteer.  

My love of cooking stems from the happiness and pride I take in providing you with the simple pleasures of dining - a rustic farm-to-table meal, seasonal flavors, comfortable surroundings and laughter....



Chef Instructor

  • I prepared and taught a broad range of classes and workshops in the Sur La Table Master Kitchen - Greek, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, Mediterranean, Dishes of SF, Fresh Pasta, Paella & Knife Skills.
  • I led the YUM Chef's Community Outreach Program, teaching children and adults in family shelters throughout San Francisco- promoting healthy and sustainable food choices.

Lead Event Chef

  • As a Lead Chef at Parties That Cook, I ran large-scale corporate team building events (15-150 people)– Cooking Challenges, Small Plate development and Chef's Table dining experiences.  I manage all details of the event- demo, staff, food & equipment.
